Its founder, Pınar Türker Uygun, had her first artistic experiences within the art circle of her father, painter Ayhan Türker. She began her career with intensive work in auctions/art houses. She founded her first art gallery in 2012 with her brother, architect Barış Türker. Türker Art is still active in Teşvikiye.
With over 20 years of experience in art, she founded Artopol with the aim of bringing distinguished artworks to a wider audience.
