The Buyer may return the Goods/Services purchased within 14 (fourteen) days from the date of delivery, exercising the right of withdrawal without assuming any legal or penal liability and without providing any justification.
The notification of withdrawal and other notifications regarding the Contract shall be sent via the communication channels belonging to the Seller and/or indicated on the Website. To exercise the right of withdrawal, it is necessary to notify the Seller within the specified period in accordance with legal regulations and the withdrawal options available on the Website. Please read the relevant sections on the Website carefully for details regarding returns and the use of the right of withdrawal.
The right of withdrawal cannot be exercised in the following cases:
a) Contracts related to goods or services whose prices are subject to fluctuations in financial markets and are not under the control of the seller (Products in the Jewelry, gold, and silver categories)
b) Contracts for the delivery of goods prepared in line with the consumer’s requests or clearly customized for personal needs, goods that are not suitable for return due to their nature, goods that are prone to rapid deterioration, or goods that may expire
c) Contracts for the delivery of goods whose protective elements such as packaging, tape, seal, or wrapping have been opened after delivery and are not suitable for return in terms of health and hygiene
d) Contracts related to goods that are mixed with other products after delivery and cannot be separated due to their nature
e) Contracts related to books, audio or video recordings, software programs, and computer consumables provided in physical format, if the protective elements such as packaging, tape, seal, or wrapping have been opened by the consumer
f) Contracts for the delivery of periodicals such as newspapers and magazines, excluding those provided under a subscription agreement
g) Contracts for accommodation, goods transportation, car rental, food and beverage supply, and leisure activities, which must be carried out on a specific date or within a specific period
h) Contracts for services related to betting and lottery activities
ı) Contracts for services that begin before the withdrawal period ends, with the consumer’s consent
i) Contracts for services provided instantly in electronic environments or for intangible goods delivered instantly to the consumer; and in cases where the Goods/Services subject to the contract consist of types excluded from the scope of the Distance Contracts Regulation (such as food, beverages, or other daily consumables delivered to the buyer’s residence through the seller’s regular deliveries or services in sectors like travel, accommodation, catering, and entertainment), the provisions of the Distance Contracts Regulation shall not apply, and the right of withdrawal shall not be available. The cancellation and return conditions of such Goods/Services offered for sale under the holiday category are subject to the practices and rules of the Seller.
