Edi Yakar (1975, Istanbul) completed his university education in Industrial Engineering at Yıldız Technical University. After working in his field for many years, he turned to art in search of his own sense of order. Since 2012, he has been continuing his artistic practice.
The artist emphasizes the pleasure of order, stating that “reaching the right order is the essence of aesthetics.” In his works, he brings together various discarded electronic components of different colors, sizes, and shapes, arranging them into a new composition based on their interrelations.
