ARTOPOL OPENS “DIMENSIONS” SCULPTURE AND INSTALLATION GALLERY
Artopol Art Gallery is opening the doors of its newly added “Dimensions” Sculpture and Installation Gallery to art lovers on December 8, 2022. Located within Artopol’s modern loft exhibition spaces at 42 Maslak, the “Dimensions” section has been designed as an extraordinary, functional, and dynamic exhibition area, serving as a year-round hub for high-quality three-dimensional art exhibitions.
The first exhibition in the “Dimensions” Sculpture and Installation Gallery features the breadth and diversity that innovative talents can offer, while unveiling long-unseen sculptures and designs from Yılmaz Zenger’s “Family Collection,” one of the pioneering signatures in Turkish sculpture, architecture, and design art.
Each artist expresses their unique vision through their works, playing with fundamental human emotions to create an exhibition of contemporary sculptures and installations. The show presents an eclectic mix of works and materials across multiple disciplines, combining natural forms with figurative pieces.
Through unlimited material structuring and interdisciplinary techniques, the exhibition aims to establish a thoughtful, emotional, and perceptual relationship with the audience via “interdimensional” textures, both strong and subtle.
The ARTOPOL DIMENSIONS exhibition, open from December 8, 2022, features works by Armağan Ulusoy, Aslışah Erdem, Aşan Akın, Büşra Kara, Ceylan Dökmen, Ebru Çakmak, Elif Su Demir, Hülya Sözer, İpek Yücesoy, Nilay Özenbay, Sesil Beatris, Şevval Konyalı, Turgut Türker, Zeynep Koçan, and Yılmaz Zenger. The exhibition is curated by Dilara Orhan.
Visitors can experience the dynamic and modern expressions of three-dimensional art, as well as witness interactive creative processes of artists through various concept workshops. The first exhibition of the gallery will be on display from December 8, 2022, daily between 10:00 and 22:00 at the Artopol Dimensions Gallery, 42 Maslak.
